MEET OUR LEADERSHIP
Over two decades, Senior Pastor Allister Smiley and First Lady Pauline Smiley have been the spiritual leaders and servant leaders in their community. They have dedicated their lives to serving their congregation and helping others grow in their faith and expression of love. Through their leadership, Life by Design has become a thriving community that is known for its welcoming atmosphere. It’s not about being perfect it’s about the joy of serving, walking in faith and growing with Jesus.
